In accordance with our client’s needs, we are currently seeking a Junior Sales Specialist. Job description: As a Junior Sales Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and contributing to the growth of our customer base. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales, offering the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while actively contributing to the sales team's success. Responsibilities: • Assist in executing sales, distribution, and collection of payments. • Support coordination of product deliveries to customers. • Help plan and track sales on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. • Assist in analyzing sales trends and market data. • Contribute to the creation of promotional campaigns and sales strategies. • Prepare and update weekly sales plans and track progress. • Propose actions, projects, and other activities to achieve planned sales. • Maintain regular communication with clients. • Assist in preparing sales reports and market analyses. • Review and inform about weekly plans, overdue debts, and other tasks as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of a high school diploma. • Flexibility to work in the field. • Basic communication and negotiation skills with a focus on learning and development. • Professional behavior and a strong willingness to improve. • Organized, motivated, and eager to grow professionally. • Proactive, with a results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Positive attitude toward learning and adapting to change. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and active driver. • Familiarity with the designated region is an advantage. • Proficiency in English. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales position (undergraduates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
