  • CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

This senior leadership role is more than just numbers—it’s about shaping the future. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership: Provide comprehensive financial and operational guidance to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior business leaders, contributing to long-term business development and fostering strong relationships with key clients and vendors;
  • Financial Planning & Governance: Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance processes, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices in financial planning to enhance transparency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making;
  • Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of key financial reports, including:
    • Annual Business Plan (Commitment)
    • Monthly Actual performance report (toward the Group and local management)
    • Regular (monthly) Rolling Forecast Reports (RF)
    • Client Profitability Reports (CPR)
    • Rolling Forecast Reports (RF-CPR)
    • Corporate Social Responsibility Reports (CSR): Control and ensure proper preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
    • Regular Detailed Revenue Reports & Analysis for local management
    • Ad Hoc Reports and analysis: As required by the Group and local executive management;
  • Risk & Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and financial stability;
  • Local regulation compliance and relations with relevant financial institutions in the country: Ensure full compliance with all applicable local financial regulations and legal requirements Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and external auditors;
  • Finance Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance, professional growth, and strategic alignment with business objectives;
  • Approvals & Compliance: Oversee financial monitoring controls and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies. Approve project-related orders, advance payments, and key financial transactions;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Provide financial expertise and strategic counsel to department heads on budget management and financial planning.
    • Partner with HR on employment requests and workforce financial planning.
    • Partner with other key stakeholders to streamline financial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required);
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field) and/or CPA, CFA, or CMA certification (preferred);
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and lead large-scale financial planning and analysis;
  • Proven track record in leading complex financial operations, risk management, and governance frameworks in a dynamic, high-growth environment;
  • Extensive experience in financial strategy, business transformation, and P&L management;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analytics platforms.
